Developed by Jockey Club CADENZA e-Tools for Elder Care, ‘iHealth Screen’ is a mobile application which provides free self-help health screening test, covering12 common health topics that older adults care about. With an interactive and easy-to-use interface, older adults, caregivers and professionals can perform health screening tests for older adults through their mobile devices at anytime, anywhere. After the assessment, ‘iHealth Screen’ will provide test results, relevant e-Tools training videos and community resource map, users can also share comprehensive health reports to better plan and manage the health conditions of the older adults. Registration is not required. No personal data will be collected. Test report is for reference only. If you have any questions, please consult your family doctor or other professionals.
