"Captain Softmeal" is a one-stop comprehensive platform for information on swallowing health and softmeal services. We host regular care food (softmeal) making workshops and teach caregivers and community professionals on how to make softmeals that are easy to chew and swallow. We also provide softmeal catering service for care homes and facilities to support patients with dysphagia. We also launched a community program named "Sensory Restaurant on Wheels" that re-creates an immersive and nostalgic "yum cha" sensory experience for elderly living with dementia.
