Mobile exoneuromusculoskeletons were designed to aid in the rehabilitation of both upper and lower limbs following a stroke. This innovative technology integrated the advantages of exoskeletons, soft exo-muscles, and neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) into one comprehensive system, providing effective motor restoration for stroke patients. The exoneuromusculoskeletons are not only lightweight and wearable, but also compact and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, making them ideal for self-help and mobile rehabilitation. Clinical trial studies have shown significant improvements in motor functions in patients with chronic stroke who underwent upper and lower limb rehabilitative treatments using the Mobilexo system.
