The Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council (NAAC) has launched a series of information and communication technology services to cater to the needs of physically frail individuals in home care services, day care services, residential care homes, and residential care homes for persons with disbilities. To address the unique needs of frail elderly and disabled individuals, NAAC has designed and introduced a new Smart Mirror App that combines rehabilitative exercises with AI posture detection technology. This app enables physically frail individuals to easily engage in upper limb training and improve their physical functionality in the comfort of their homes or residential care homes.
