NAMI has developed a smart pillow with an integrated textile sensor mat for pressure monitoring and an embedded actuator for real time adjustment. The flexible sensor mat placed on the top surface of the pillow captures the pressure in neck and head area, while the actuator with built-in MCU and airbags automatically adjusts the pillow height based on real time pressure distribution. Users can achieve comfortable sleeping posture and healthy sleeping experience with a program controlled by a mobile app.
