Sik Sik Yuen is collaborating with the Vocational Training Council (VTC) on the "Reminiscent of memories - Community Care Food" development project. This year's, we will showcase the results of our joint efforts under the theme "Reminiscent of memories - Soft Meal Dim Sum". The main highlights will include two types of soft meal Dim Sum: "Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean Sauce Rice" and "Hong Kong-style Chicken Nuggets." Additionally, we will share the outcomes of the "IDDSI" Level 5 Care Food Development Scheme that the Sik Sik Yuen has been promoting in its residential care homes.
