Funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the Caritas Jockey Club Resource and Support Centre for Carers commenced service in May 2018. It is dedicated to providing one-stop cross-disciplinary support services for carers with diverse needs and circumstances, while establishing a supportive network. This aims to enhance carers' confidence and capabilities, enabling both carers and the elderly to enjoy community life.
