The Southern District Health Centre, operated by the Aberdeen Kai-fong Welfare Association, is a new primary healthcare service promoted by the government. It aims to raise public awareness of disease prevention and enhance individuals' abilities to manage their health. Through a cross-disciplinary team, personalized health services are provided. Citizens can conduct health assessments on-site using technological products and can join as members for free, receiving health risk factors assessments from nurses to understand the different health needs at various life stages. Eligible members can register for the "Chronic Disease Co Care Pilot Scheme" to identify and manage chronic diseases early.
