Maxim’s Group introduces “GENTLEMEAL,” a soft meal brand designed to support individuals with swallowing difficulties. Developed and produced in accordance with international standards, “GENTLEMEAL” offers visually appealing, flavorful, and nutritious options to restore dignity and enjoyment to dining experiences for people with swallowing challenges. “GENTLEMEAL” is prepared based on the presentations of Chinese dim sum and Western-style set meals. The Dim Sum Platter includes shrimp dumpling, siu mai, chicken & seafood vegetable dumpling, and turnip cake. The Western set meals include Herb Chicken Drumstick Rice Set with herb chicken drumstick, pumpkin, cabbage, choi sum and lemongrass rice, as well as Swiss Chicken Wing Rice Set with Swiss chicken wing, carrots, cabbage, choi sum and lemongrass rice. Produced in collaboration with The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, “GENTLEMEAL” adheres to the “Guideline of Care Food Standard” and the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) (Level 4), ensuring the product's softness and viscosity meet the consumption standards for individuals with swallowing difficulties. “GENTLEMEAL” is available for dine-in at all Maxim's Palace outlets and 15 designated MX restaurants, facilitating easier access to soft meals for those in need and their caregivers.
