Our system combines assistive technologies—Eye-Trackers TD Pilot and a smart home system such as SwitchBot. For various users, particularly individuals with ALS/MND and the elderly, enjoy the advancement of assistive technology from smart home in their daily life. The TD Pilot eye-tracker enables users to express their needs through verbal commands, touchscreen interactions, or eye-gaze control via an iPad. It seamlessly integrates with the SwitchBot SmartHome system to manage household appliances such as lights, fans, air conditioning, and curtains, etc. This approach allows existing appliances to be retrofitted into a smart home ecosystem without requiring extensive renovations. User-friendly modifications and affordable pricing make the renovation effortless.
