Sik Sik Yuen has published a book titled "Colorful Food, Savoring Happiness" this year, showcasing how individuals with swallowing difficulties can also enjoy the happiness of gourmet food. We have collaborated with the Vocational Training Council (VTC) and the Chinese Culinary Institute (CCI) to launch the "Soft Meal Buddha's Temptation,". In October, we will produce soft mooncakes to distribute to elderly individuals in need. Over the years, our organization has actively promoted the development of quality soft meals, not only implementing high-quality dining options in care homes but also organizing thematic events on World Swallowing Day and continually participating in the GIES to promote the achievements of soft meals. Therefore, this year, we focus on the theme of "Colorful Food" to summarize our annual activities and showcase the development of soft meals at the Expo.
