This program is designed to support family caregivers in mastering the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in daily eldercare. Through a series of workshops and one-on-one training sessions, participants learn practical AI applications such as searching for reliable health information, interpreting medical reports, and enhancing communication with older adults. A key feature of the program is the development of “AI Silver-age Care Ambassadors.” These ambassadors, trained through the program, serve as peer supporters who share their experiences, exchange knowledge, and build authentic networks of mutual support. This not only strengthens caregiving skills but also fosters a sense of solidarity among participants. At the same time, the program places strong emphasis on risk awareness and safe use of AI. Participants are reminded that AI is a supplementary tool and should only serve as a reference. It cannot replace professional medical, psychological, or social care advice. To ensure safe and effective application, the program also introduces clear guidelines for responsible AI use, helping caregivers remain cautious while benefiting from technology. By combining innovation with human-centered values, the program empowers caregivers to reduce stress, enhance confidence, and create a more positive caregiving journey.
