We enable Care Centres and Nursing Homes to collaborate with doctors for elevated continuity of care in between in-person consultations, including: (1) Instant alert on doctor-defined undesirable pattern-based vital sign profile changes, (2) Clinic-grade TeleDerma and TeleENT examinations to monitor skin/ear/nose/throat issues commonly faced by patient residents, (3) Automated patient data upload plus instant recordkeeping/sharing with doctors via CMS-grade backend, (4) Easy link up with eHR to provide comprehensive telehealth history (5) Local OS - NO need to process patient data on overseas platforms, and therefore no politics-induced service interruption risks. On vital sign monitoring, we have designed a "12-parameter Change Detection Model" to replace the inadequate “single-parameter monitoring model” offered by most suppliers in the market today, so that doctors can set pattern-based combination of undesirable vital sign changes to watch out for, to offer patient-specific and disease-specific monitoring through complex settings. On data sharing, we have automated the entire workflow from care centres / nursing homes to doctors and to eHR, to (1) save cost as no human labour is needed (2) improve speed and accuracy (3) help doctors make data-driven decisions and adhere to eHR and telehealth requirements. On TeleDerma and TeleENT, we improve the treatment methodologies for many common chronic skin/ear/nose/throat issues by allowing doctors to monitor patient recuperation progress through reviewing Offline-to-Online images over a period, rather than the traditional snapshot taken during an in-person consultation.
