Ms Sienna Xu holds two master’s degrees: one in Educational Leadership and Innovative Technology from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and another in Foreign Language Education from the University of Pittsburgh. She is with BrainCo, serving as VP of Educational Research Institute, ESG Program Director and Director of Business Development, Hong Kong. She oversees work for the Educational Research Institute, ESG programmes and Hong Kong based business development.

Professor Zheng Yong-ping is the Henry G. Leong Professor in Biomedical Engineering and Chair Professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He directs the Research Institute for Smart Ageing and the Jockey Club Smart Ageing Hub. He was the Founding Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering from 2012 to 2020. His research focuses on biomedical ultrasound and smart aging technologies. Recognized as a top 2% citation scholar in AI and Image Processing by Stanford University, he is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and President of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macau Chapter of the International Society of Gerontechnology.

Dr Natasha Layton is an occupational therapist and Associate Professor with the Rehabilitation, Ageing and Independent Living (RAIL) Research Centre at Monash University. Natasha represents Australia to the ISO for assistive product classification and terminology, and is Secretary to the Board of the Global Alliance of Assistive Technology Organisations. She holds roles with global AT bodies including the Roster of AT consultants with World Health Organisation, Technical Advisor - Assistive Technology Policies and Systems with ATscale and is on the Expert Bench of the Global Disability Innovation Hub (WHO Collaborating Centre on AT).

Dr Ivan SU is Head of Professional and Programme Development at SAHK and Director of the SAHK Institute of Rehabilitation Practice. With over 30 years of experience, he has worked with adults with childhood-onset physical and intellectual disabilities and community-dwelling individuals living with chronic diseases. His expertise spans community rehabilitation and primary healthcare. Dr SU is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Medical and Health Sciences, Tung Wah College. He also serves on the District Health Centre Scheme Liaison Committee under the Primary Healthcare Commission and is a Board Member of the Physiotherapists Board and the European Conductive Association.

Mr Oscar Wong is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with 24 years of experience in technical and commercial roles, plus seven years as a startup founder. In 2023, he founded RaphAI, an AI-powered health tech company focused on improving musculoskeletal care accessibility and outcomes. Previously, he co-founded Eggplant in 2016 and launched Move It, a smart fitness IoT company that grew to Series B funding and introduced seven innovative products. Oscar also led Asia Pacific digital expansion at Digital River and held leadership positions at Flexera Software, Emerson Network Power, and Motorola Asia Pacific. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from UBC and an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School.

Mr Vic Wong is a registered occupational therapist, registered social worker, and Clinical Director and General Manager of Motive Force Technology Limited. For many years he has been deeply engaged in rehabilitation and elderly-care services across different domains, including community and residential care, neurological rehabilitation and gerontechnology. He now leads the clinical application of virtual-reality and other rehabilitation technologies, and is a Doctor of Clinical Science candidate at Hong Kong Metropolitan University researching gerontechnology in elderly care. He also develops professional training to support gerontechnology adoption in everyday care settings.

Mr Gallant Leon is the CO-Founder and CEO of Adworth Preventive Healthtech, a Hong Kong-based company advancing preventive healthcare through technology-enabled, person-centred solutions. He focuses on applying artificial intelligence, digital health and functional-fitness approaches to help individuals make informed choices, improve physical capacity and sustain participation in everyday life. With experience in business development, corporate wellness, healthcare innovation and cross-sector partnership development, Gallant works with technology, rehabilitation and community stakeholders to translate emerging solutions into practical, accessible health interventions.

Dr Cai Longjun serves as CEO, CTO, and COO of Beijing Zhijingling Technology Co., Ltd., where he is responsible for product R&D, commercialization, and financing. He successfully led the IPO of the parent company, BrainAurora, making it China’s first and only listed company in cognitive digital therapeutics. Dr Cai has also spearheaded more than 20 keys national and Beijing municipal-level projects and holds 45 authorized invention patents.

Mr Bu Jiangyong serves as Chairman and CTO of Tianyu Care Technology, China’s leading intelligent infrastructure platform for elderly care, dedicated to transforming the eldercare industry through Physical AI. A seasoned serial entrepreneur, Mr. Bu holds an EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). He co-founded Grand Technology, leading its successful NASDAQ listing via a SPAC in 2023. Previously, he served as Chairman of Natali, a premier Israeli eldercare technology company, and Dendreon, a U.S.-based innovative biopharmaceutical enterprise.

Ms Lamia Sreya Rahman oversees operations, business development, partnerships, and legal affairs at Vidi Labs. Lamia holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Hong Kong. She has more than six years of experience in the social impact space and advocacy, with board and fellow roles in diversity and equal opportunity organizations⁠. In 2025, Lamia became an honoree of the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia’s Social Impact list.

Ms Holy Lam is a visionary in tech-enabled service innovation, blending global hospitality expertise with a people-centric mindset. A former business consultant for retail, dining, and banking service sectors, she now drives Gerontech/Silver Tech ecosystem growth at Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, advancing well-being through high-touch solutions and pioneering opportunities in the Silver Economy.

Dr Jasmine Vergara is a Technical Officer for Mental Health and Substance Abuse at the World Health Organization - Regional Office for the Western Pacific. A psychiatrist with more than 20 years of professional experience, she supports countries in strengthening policies, community-based services, suicide prevention and mental health and psychosocial support in emergencies. Her work includes scaling evidence-based psychological interventions, integrating mental health into primary health care, and promoting responsible digital approaches to improve access to quality care. A two-time recipient of the WHO Director-General’s Award for Excellence, she brings regional, country-level and lived-experience perspectives to effectively advancing inclusive, rights-based and people-centred mental health systems.

Mr Daniel Wong is a Counselling Psychologist in TOUCH Counselling and Psychological Services of TOUCH Community Services. Primarily, he leads 3 teams; LiveOn!, ASPIRE and DigitalMINDSET counselling intervention services which provides support to clients dealing with suicidal and self-harm risk, behavioural addiction issues, and excessive device use issues respectively. He has been in social service industry of Singapore since 2019 and his passion continues with providing youths and families with support for a myriad of issues which encompasses: at-risk behaviours, youth delinquency, excessive device use, couple-relationships, and mental health-related issues in this ever-changing world of technology, social, and societal influences.

Professor Connie Chong is an Associate Professor at The Nethersole School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Associate Editor for the Journal of Contextual Behavioral Science and British Journal of Health Psychology. Her research applies Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support caregivers of children with chronic conditions and special needs. Through machine learning and natural language processing, she has developed ACT-informed AI models that power mental-health chatbots and virtual-client training platforms. Ranked among the world’s top 2% of scientists in 2025, she has received Gold Medals with Congratulations of the Jury at the 49th and 51st International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva, authored over 90 publications with more than 10,000 citations (including a 2025 JAMA Pediatrics RCT), and founded ACTuWISE Limited, Hong Kong’s first nurse-led AI-ACT enterprise.

Dr Lam is a specialist in paediatric and community medicine and is currently Chief Executive Officer of Haven of Hope Christian Service.  
He is a non-official member of the Executive Council of the HKSAR Government. Prior to his current position as the Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Mental Health, he served the Elderly Commission for almost 20 years, and he was once the Chairman of the Commission. He now also serves as the Chaiman of the Council for Carbon Neutrality & Sustainable Development, the Healthcare & Wellness Training Board of the Vocational Training Council, the Industry Training Advisory Committee of Elderly Care Service and the Independent Commission Against Corruption Complaints Committee. Dr Lam was honoured by the HKSAR Government with the Justice of Peace in 2003 and Gold Bauhinia Star in 2025. In 2018, apart from receiving Honorary Fellowship from Lingnan University, he also received the Ageing Asia Global Ageing Influencer Award (Special Recognitions) in recognition of his devotion to public services and his influence on policy-making for the global ageing trend.
 

Mr Jimmy Lau is Director of Services at Bentley Systems, leading professional services and technical consultancy teams across the Asia-Pacific region. With more than 26 years of experience in infrastructure technology, digital engineering, BIM and project delivery, he has supported major transportation, rail, road, building, and infrastructure programs throughout Australia and Asia. He specializes in digital transformation, geospatial technology, systems implementations, information management, civil engineering solutions, and technical enablement. Jimmy holds a Master of Philosophy in Surveying and Geo-Informatics from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a Certified BIM Manager, ISO 19650 Information Management Practitioner, and Bentley-accredited professional.

Mr Bill Li is Director of Corporate Affairs at Lalamove, where he plays a prominent role in driving strategies on corporate governance and government relations, providing legislative and regulatory advocacy to executive and operations teams across markets, and leading the corporate affairs team to formulate and execute sustainability and corporate social responsibility measures. He guides and facilitates the company in its engagement with its diverse group of stakeholders. Bill brings a wealth of experience to his current post with a successful career spanning 16 years in the Administrative Service of the HKSAR Government, he was involved in various facets of public administration including policy formulation, legislative exercises, and resource management. He has footprints across different administrative disciplines including commerce, civil service, education and healthcare. Prior to joining Lalamove, Bill was last appointed as the Director of the HKETO Berlin, fostering closer economic and trade ties overseas with eight countries in Central and Eastern Europe for the HKSAR Government.
 

Dr Joseph Kwan is an architect and universal design consultant with over 40 years of international experience, including 30 years specializing in accessibility, inclusive tourism, and transportation. He is the Founding Director of UDA Consultants Ltd in Hong Kong. Dr Kwan serves as Vice-President (Asia Pacific) of Rehabilitation International and Advisor to the International Union of Architects. He has served as a United Nations consultant on non-handicapping environments and held leadership positions on Hong Kong’s Rehabilitation Advisory Committee and Equal Opportunities Commission.

Mrs Chuin Ting Weber heads MoneyOwl, a Singapore financial adviser and social enterprise under Temasek Trust. She has over twenty years of professional experience spanning the public, social and financial sectors. Her previous roles include being Chief Investment and Asset Management Officer of the Singapore Labour Foundation and Macro Strategy and Fixed Income Analyst at Lion Global Investors. Chuin Ting holds Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Modern History degrees from Oxford University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese Language and Culture from the Beijing Language and Culture University, as well as the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®️), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations. Chuin Ting is a Member of the CareShield Life Council appointed by the Minister for Health.
 

Prof Zhou Ling is the founder of Yibao; PhD in Management, Associate Professor in Beijing City University; Faculty Associates at the Brown School's Center for Social Development (CSD), Washington University in St. Louis. She serves as board member, supervisor, expert, and advisor for multiple social organizations; years of professional experience in the nonprofit sector.

Mr Solomon Wong co-founded PaterMater, an award-winning non-profit organisation funded by the SIE Fund, aimed at empowering adult children to address the needs of their aging parents. Mr Wong has vast experience across the private, non-profit, philanthropic, and public sectors. Prior to joining the the School of Public Health, Mr Wong served as a Programme Manager at The D. H. Chen Foundation, where he worked on grant-making for projects related to wellbeing and older adults. He has also worked at various positions in the corporate finance and investment sector during his early career. Currently, Mr Wong is a Member appointed by the HKSAR Government for the Family Council and the Advisory Committee on Enhancing Self-Reliance through District Partnership Programme.

Ms Zhou Yanyue serves as Vice Director of the Home Furnishing and Building Materials Quality Committee China Association for Standardization (CAS), and as Executive Dean of the Zhongbiao Zhitong Technology Research Institute. Deeply engaged in research surrounding China’s 14th and 15th Five-Year Standardization Strategies, Ms Zhou has long been dedicated to advancing all tiers of standard development in the consumer goods sector—from group standards to national standards. Furthermore, she actively drives the deep integration of core standards with leading e-commerce platforms such as Tmall Home Improvement and JD.com. She has established a closed-loop ecosystem of "Standards – Testing – Certification – Market Implementation" across key domains including home building materials, green low-carbon solutions, and age-friendly design, fostering high-quality development across the industry.

Ms Vivian Wang currently serves as Vice-President of the Shenzhen Nursing Home. She holds a Master’s degree from The University of Hong Kong, and she is a certified Social Worker and Senior Public Nutritionist. Vivian possesses extensive practical expertise in the planning, launching, and operation of both community-based and institutional eldercare services. Focusing long-term on geriatric social work, she actively promotes integrated multidisciplinary care models, the expansion of care services for disabled and cognitively impaired seniors, and the professionalization of geriatric nursing. She has also served on the judging panels for numerous provincial and municipal senior caregiving skill competitions.

Ms Sarah Biordi, a WESNET Technology Safety Specialist, has trained over 7,000 practitioners in Australia, worked with service providers, telcos, financial institutions, tech companies, app developers, law enforcement agencies, and policymakers, and participated in national and international committees to improve technology safety and privacy for victim-survivors. Sarah led the ACCAN-funded WESNET App Safety Centre project and the Commonwealth-funded WESNET training component of the Cyber Safety Pasifika (CSP) project, which trained Pacific Police Officers on technology and violence against women.

Francesca Jarvis is the Head of Survivor Services at Chayn, a global nonprofit making healing accessible for all survivors of gender-based violence through reimagining technology. She leads the development and delivery of Chayn’s trauma-informed, multilingual online services and resources. With over a decade of experience in frontline rape crisis services, youth work, and digital innovation, she translates survivor insights, frontline practice and expertise into accessible digital support, designing and advocating for technology that responds to survivors' needs while centering their safety, privacy, and agency.

Prof Edmond Choi is an Associate Professor at the School of Nursing, The University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on sexual health among marginalized groups and cancer survivors, supported by major grants. Recognised among Stanford University’s World’s Top 2% Most-Cited Scientists, he has authored over 180 peer-reviewed articles with an exceptional citation impact. As an accomplished educator, he chairs the Undergraduate Teaching & Learning Committee, directs multiple academic programmes, and has received prestigious teaching accolades for his curricular leadership and experiential learning initiatives.
