The Maxim's Palace at Luk Yeung Galleria in Tsuen Wan has also joined HKCSS’s “Care Food Incubation Scheme,” offering six types of freshly prepared soft meals that meet different levels of the IDDSI standards, including "Braised Pumpkin with Pine Nuts & Mushrooms", "Braised E-fu Noodles with Crab Roe", "Scrambled Milk with Fish & Ham", "Braised Tofu with Vegetables", "Steamed Pork Patty with Salted Fish". The initiative aims to enable more individuals with swallowing difficulties to enjoy meals with their families and regain the joy of eating.
